2025 Rates-Doctoral Residents $36.50 per bed per night to share a room. $47 per ped per night for a single room.
If you are in a single room, you will have 1 XL Twin Bed & a jack & jill bathroom
Interns Interns staying longer than 1 month will be placed in apartments. The Powhatan apartments are fully furnished with XL twin beds, desks, chests of drawers, a dining table with chairs, a couch, wing chairs, coffee and end tables, trash cans, and a lamp. $42 per night for a single room, with shared bathroom and living space. This fee also includes a summer pass to the Student Recreation & Wellness Center.
If you prefer, there is an option to stay in our newest residence hall-Owens House. You would be placed in a traditional room with your own private bathroom.
